Who is responsible for the information

Information we collect

When you submit a Revenue Leak Audit or contact request, we may collect your contact name, restaurant name, postcode, website or business-profile URL, mobile number, email address, preferred contact method, current ordering routes, challenge, message, campaign parameters, referrer and the page used to submit the request.

Our hosting and security systems may also process technical information such as IP address, browser type, timestamps and request logs to operate and protect the website.

How we use it

• To arrange a Revenue Review or clarify the information provided.
• To protect the forms and website from misuse.
• To maintain appropriate business and enquiry records.
• To measure website activity where you have consented to non-essential analytics.

Analytics and form privacy

Google Tag Manager is installed with analytics and advertising storage denied by default. If you accept analytics, we may measure interactions such as an audit-button click, calculator completion, package selection, phone click or successful form submission.

Names, restaurant names, postcodes, email addresses, mobile numbers, messages, website URLs and referrers are blocked from analytics. Form information is sent securely to Talentpull and is not added to analytics. Read the Cookie Policy for more detail.

Sharing and processors

Information may be processed by providers used to host the website, protect form endpoints, deliver email and—where consent applies—measure website activity. We do not publish submitted information or sell form contact details.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, related business records and applicable obligations. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
