These terms apply to use of talentpull.uk. They do not replace a written proposal, order form or service agreement for Talentpull or OrderDaily↗ services.

Content is provided for general business information. Restaurant systems, fees, customer behaviour, costs and results vary. You should verify information relevant to your business before acting on it.

Revenue Leak Calculator

The calculator provides an indicative opportunity based entirely on entered values and visible modelling assumptions. It is not a guaranteed saving, profit calculation, financial forecast, valuation, accounting opinion or tax advice.

The combined indicator may include a potential channel-cost difference and indicative gross order value. Food, labour, delivery, refunds, discounts, tax and other operating costs are not included.

Audit requests

Submitting a Free Revenue Leak Audit request does not create a service contract or guarantee that Talentpull can provide a particular service or outcome. Any commercial work, pricing, data access and responsibilities are confirmed separately in writing.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass form protections, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person or use automated requests in a way that interferes with the service.

Intellectual property and links

Unless stated otherwise, Talentpull owns or licenses the website content and branding. You may link to public pages fairly, but may not present Talentpull content or branding as your own. External links are provided for convenience and do not place third-party sites under Talentpull’s control.
